Everything I sell is guaranteed as described, and can be returned within 10 days of receipt by giving prior notice and returning it in the same condition as shipped. Your refund will be promptly sent excluding all shipping charges upon my receipt of the returned merchandise. All prices are net and do not include shipping. I will ship outside the U.S. to a confirmed address only, with Paypal. I will combine shipping for multiple items purchased if all items can be sent in the same package, only charging any additional postage. If the shipping calculator charges too much, I will issue a refund after shipping charges have been determined. Media Mail is only available to U.S. customers for paper goods, books and programs and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery, although, it usually is much faster. Shipping prices include proof of shipping, insurance is not included and is recommended for your protection, as I can't be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. I have chosen Paypal for all payments so I do not even see any credit card numbers, for both of our protection.
